VICE CITY CAR MODS
these mods change the appearance of the red Sabre Turbo by replacing
the original 'skin' and alpha-channel on the 3D wire-frame model. each ZIP includes 128x128 color bitmap AND 128x128 alpha
(this is supposed to appear blank -- it is a two-step process).
you will need the TXD
TOOL to install these mods. be sure your 'gta3.img' is NOT set as 'read-only' (right-click it & UNCHECK 'read-only'.
consult the README for TXDTool, I will not answer any questions regarding that program. I didn't create the utility
so I will not provide any assistance or trouble-shooting help. good luck!
