VICE CITY CAR MODS
I thought it'd be fun to drive 'round Vice City in an old beat-up American muscle car. The year is 1986, and you've got a 15 year-old car that needs alot of work. The fenders have Bondo and grey primer. The hood is from a metallic brown sedan. It looks awful but at least the radio works. And you keep telling yourself, 'when I have a few bucks I'll paint her real nice and get the engine cleaned up' -- but it never happens.

INSTRUCTIONS:
you will need the GTA TXD TOOL for this!
1. unzip & save BMP to Vice City folder.
2. using TXD TOOL, replace 'sabretur86body8bit128' with this bitmap.
3. save file.
