VICE CITY CAR MODS
This mod changes the Sabre Turbo and turns into a rusted-out dirty grey car. It's still reflective and shiny; I don't know how to fix that. Click image below to download the zipped bitmap. Enjoy!

INSTRUCTIONS:
you will need the GTA TXD TOOL for this!
1. unzip & save BMP to Vice City folder.
2. using TXD TOOL, replace 'sabretur86body8bit128' with this bitmap.
3. save file.
